SetFor is provided by HeyYou, Inc. This policy describes the SetFor iPhone app and setfor.app.
1. The SetFor app
SetFor does not require an account and does not include an app backend, advertising SDK, or analytics service. The app does not sell or share personal information for advertising.
2. Alarm, preference, and trial data
Your alarm schedules, labels, sounds, snooze settings, exceptions, cleanup preferences, and local trial dates are stored locally on your device. The app uses iOS AlarmKit to register alarms with the operating system. SetFor does not transmit this data to a SetFor-operated server.
3. Voice and image input
When you use Speak, SetFor requests microphone permission and uses Apple’s on-device speech transcription to turn your request into a schedule review. SetFor does not save your voice recording or transcript and does not send either to a SetFor-operated server.
When you use Import image, you can take a photo with the camera or choose a screenshot with the iOS photo picker. SetFor uses on-device Vision text recognition. The selected image and recognized text do not leave your iPhone and are not persisted by SetFor.
4. Permissions, purchases, and Apple services
SetFor requests alarm access so it can schedule system alarms. It requests microphone or camera access only when you choose Speak or Use camera. It does not request calendar permission. Siri, Shortcuts, AlarmKit, Live Activities, photo selection, and related system features are provided by Apple and may process information under your device settings and Apple’s privacy terms. Apple processes the lifetime in-app purchase. SetFor receives the resulting StoreKit entitlement, not your payment-card details.
5. Website delivery
setfor.app is a static website hosted by Cloudflare. The site uses self-hosted Umami to count page categories, referring websites, browser and device types, and approximate locations. It collects no alarm contents, query strings, form contents, or persistent user identifiers. Analytics uses no cookies or recordings, respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, and does not store raw IP addresses. This website measurement is separate from the current SetFor app, which has no analytics. Cloudflare may process standard network and request information, such as IP address, device and browser information, requested URL, and security signals, to deliver and protect the site.
6. Support communications
If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to provide. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, protect the service, and maintain appropriate business records. Do not include alarm details or other sensitive information that is not needed for support.
7. Retention and deletion
You can delete schedules in SetFor and reset local app data from Settings. Removing the app also removes its local app container, subject to iOS backup and restoration behavior. Support emails are retained only as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, and business-record purposes.
8. Children
SetFor is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly operate an account or advertising system that profiles children.

You can decline alarm, microphone, or camera access, avoid Siri, delete schedules, reset app data, and contact us about support information. See Privacy Choices for a concise summary.
10. Changes and contact
